We have been in business for over 30 years. The new name is to reflect the addition of spices and sauce packs. We ran restaurants as New York Style Pizza & Pasta and currently run a catering company as well. (Big Apple Catering)
We ran our restaurants for 30 years and our customers could not get enough of our pastas, pizzas and especially our Manhattan Salad. They would say that our Manhattan Salad was addictive and had to come in for their fix of the Manhattan Salad. That is why we started to sell our dressing in local stores.
